Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reimbursements, and vendor settlements across our multinational client base.

You will handle vendor invoices, support documentation, and three-way matching, while aiding reconciliations and responses to inquiries. Join a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• D365 experience preferred.
• AP experience 1–2 years minimum.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Experience in high-volume AP processes.
• Exposure to multinational financials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure transactions have required documentation and approvals.
• Perform three-way match of PO, goods receipt, and invoice; raise credits/price claims as needed.
• Assist vendor statement reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Respond to simple inquiries about account status; escalate when needed.
• Archive and retrieve documents supporting AP transactions.

A Glimpse into Your New Role

• Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements
• Ensure transactions processed are supported with documentation and approval evidenced as required by policy and procedures
• Completion of three-way match of purchase order pricing and goods receipt items/quantities to invoice, registering and recovery of requests to vendor for credit and price claims
• Assist with the completion of vendor statement reconciliations with timely variance resolution
• Answer simple enquiries regarding status of our account and escalating issues to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer as required
• Archival and retrieval of documentation supporting Accounts Payable transactions
• Adhere to approved policy and procedures
• Other duties as required in alignment with business needs
