Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in Pasig City. You will handle accurate processing of vendor invoices and reimbursements, perform three-way match of PO, receipts and invoices, and ensure proper documentation.

You will reconcile vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues to the Senior AP Officer. Archiving duties will support audit-ready records and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and reimbursements.
• Three-way match between PO, receipt, and invoice; ensure documentation.
• Vendor statement reconciliations and variance resolution.
• D365 and Excel proficiency preferred for daily AP tasks.
