Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a leading global outsourcer, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Officer in the Philippines. You will manage daily banking deposits, post collections, generate invoices and credits, and reconcile AR balances while ensuring data accuracy for reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in AR, strong English, and experience in a BPO or multinational environment. Proficiency in SAP/NetSuite and advanced Excel is preferred, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Multinational company experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Complete daily banking deposit functions in support of collection of receivables.
• Post collections to customer accounts and allocate payments.
• Invoice and credit memo generation to customers as necessary.
• Complete reconciliation processes to support AR balances.
• Investigate customer queries related to invoices and payments; prepare corrections.
• Maintain clear customer account information for reporting datasets.
• Contribute to improving processes and key indicators in monthly reporting.
• Monitor and collect AR by contacting clients via phone and email.
• Communicate payment discrepancies and identify slow-paying customers.
• Other duties as required in alignment with business needs.

A Glimpse into Your New Role As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be:

• Complete daily banking deposit functions in support of collection of receivables
• Post collections to customer accounts and allocate those payments

• Other duties as required in alignment with business needs

What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong English language skills (written and verbal communication).
• Relevant accounting or finance qualification with prior Finance & Accounting experience.
• 2+ years of Accounts receivable experience.
• Experience working in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Multinational company experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Large ERP system such as SAP, NetSuite etc.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
• Experience working with Australian company financials is preferred but not essential.
• High degree of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
