Job summary

AIPI Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable, preferably in a BPO setting.

The role involves completing three-way matches of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices, as well as assisting with reconciliations. The position offers benefits including 14 months of pay and HMO coverage.

Qualifications

• High computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Role Overview

Accounts Payable Officer at Acquire Intelligence, a global business outsourcer.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure transactions are supported with required documentation and approvals.
• Complete three‑way match of purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices.
• Register and recover vendor credit and price claim requests.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Answer enquiries about account status and flag issues to the AP team lead.
• Archive and retrieve documentation supporting AP transactions.
• Adhere to approved policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Relevant accounting or finance qualification and prior finance & accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment; multinational experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and Momentum Pro (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Strong process‑improvement mindset with ability to implement efficiencies.
• High computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
