Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in the Philippines to ensure timely and accurate invoice payments, supporting contractual obligations with suppliers. You will maintain IO manpower records from sourcing to offboarding, ensuring data accuracy for seamless invoicing and payment release.

The role requires collaboration with IO Manpower Providers, Operations, and Procurement, and oversight of rate cards, timekeeping, and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Human Resources.
• 3–5 years experience in manpower data management and finance.
• Hands-on experience in manpower or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IO Manpower Providers, Operations, and Procurement in set up and amend of manpower requirements.
• Maintains accurate and timely updates of rate cards in the manpower system.
• Ensures timely compliance and accuracy in updating timekeeping records until validation and approval of manpower billing summary.
• Keeps abreast with employment regulations and best practices.
• Conducts audits/investigations within the area of scope.
• Ensures compliance to Data Privacy Laws and internal policies to mitigate process risks.
• Partners with CI Team to identify and lead CI initiatives within area of scope.
• Leads in reporting requirements and insights in the areas of operations.
• Supports during audit engagements including securing documentation requirements.
• Supports any evergreen process documentation within area of scope.
• Supports in ad hoc projects/ activities as needed.
