Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Account Analyst to ensure accuracy in AP-related GL accounts and resolve discrepancies. This role emphasizes detailed analysis, collaboration with Finance and procurement, and driving improvements in AP performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and at least five years of experience. The position offers exposure to audit support and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in accounts payable or GL analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable analysis to ensure balances are reasonable.
• Perform AP GL balance analysis and resolve aged items.
• Collaborate with suppliers, AP invoice processing, procurement and Finance to resolve aged items.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring AP issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead in creating insights on AP performance within the area of scope.
• Identify process gaps and red flags using large data and mitigate impact.
• Ensure compliance with policies to mitigate process risks.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement to lead CI initiatives in scope.
• Support audits with required documentation and process knowledge.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and activities as needed.
