Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable leader for a 100% onsite role in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City. The position requires night shift duties and oversight of AP operations with a focus on data accuracy and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in AP, 2–3 years in people management, and strong Vendor Master Data Management experience within BPO/SSGB environments, plus experience coordinating offshore teams and stakeholder partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred.
