Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable professional to join our Manila team on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP processes, with attention to detail and strong Excel/Outlook skills, and willingness to work a night shift for US clients.

You will support processing, documentation, and vendor communications, contributing to accurate, timely financial records while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic Capgemini-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable processes.
• Experience handling North American/US client billing is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook for financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
