Responsibilities

• Receive and match supplier invoices to Purchase Order and Receipt data in the accounting system.
• Process exception invoices, including Non-PO invoices and emergency payments, with proper documentation.
• Analyze invoice matching errors and develop corrective actions to remediate and reduce errors.
• Interact with suppliers in a courteous and responsible manner and coordinate with Procurement for guidance.
• Perform reconciliations and manual transfers as required by policy and complete internal transfer transactions.
