Job summary

Ben Edictio Search in Pasay City seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage a team of AP Analysts and Specialists, ensuring timely processing across multi-entity operations.

You will oversee invoices, payments, vendor inquiries, onboarding, workflows, and month-end closings; develop dashboards and support cost allocations and expense analysis. Hybrid setup with 2–4 onsite days monthly; night shift 8PM–5AM; direct hire for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy/Finance or related degree is required.
• 7–8 years of accounts payable experience in multi-entity/BPO/shared service/international industry.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund/fund expense allocation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AP Analysts and Specialists; manage standards, KPIs, and controls.
• Review and oversee timely processing of invoices, payments, vendor inquiries, onboarding, workflows, and month-end close across fund entities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on cash outflows, aging, and operational metrics; support expense analysis and budget monitoring.
• Work with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and senior management.
• Contribute to AP system enhancements, workflow automation, and platform optimizations
