Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline

6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations. Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience. Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment. Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders
Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
