Yearnings Outsourcing Cooperative is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in the Philippines. The role involves recording and maintaining accounts payable transactions in the accounting system, and preparing payments to suppliers through checks, bank transfers, or online methods.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of AP experience, can start ASAP, and should be accessible to Greenhills SanJuan (near Ortigas Pasig).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and service providers such as checks, bank transfers, or online payments.
• Monitor due dates of payables to ensure timely payment and avoid penalties.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to ensure balances are accurate.
