Job summary

AAPMI Acquire Asia Pacific Manila, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer for our Shared Services unit in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will ensure timely entry of supplier invoices, perform reconciliations, and process payments in line with company policy while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, strong data entry skills, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry required.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills.
• 3–5 years Accounts Payable experience.

Responsibilities

• AP inbox: review and action emails daily.
• Enter supplier invoices/credits; code and file.
• Reconcile supplier statements and process payments.
• Assist month-end close and PO cost verification.
• Maintain and update vendor files; respond to creditor inquiries.
