Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Review vendors’ statements; respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries for accruals where no invoice exists.
• Support ad hoc and scheduled audit requests.
• Perform aging analysis for unpaid items.
• Participate in process improvements within the group.
