Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an Accounts Payable/Expense Management professional to support the finance team with supplier invoicing, payments and expense processes. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing and compliance with internal controls while collaborating across finance and other departments.

The role requires experience in AP, expense management, and a customer-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge including AP, AR, expense management and reconciliations.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, expenses and direct debit files timely and accurately.
• Prepare payment batches for approval and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Assist with onboarding vendors and provide expense management system support.
• Deliver AP training and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Maintain system knowledge, mapping delegations and extracts for expenses.
