• Strong experience in Accounts Payable, disbursements, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine tax compliance, particularly BIR Form 2307.
• Fast learner, resourceful, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Process payments and disbursements by validating documents, preparing checks and bank requirements, sending proof of payment, and handling BIR Form 2307.
• Manage petty cash and allowances, including HQ petty cash, replenishments, and load allowances for employees and offline stores.
• Handle credit card and non-trade payables, including reconciliation, vendor coordination, bill payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records and reports by encoding transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and preparing non-trade reports.
• Manage corporate loan processing from documentation to payment tracking, including coordination with partner banks and preparation of required tax and bank documents.
