Job summary

Emapta Philippines, Ortigas site, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage critical AP processes for global operations. You'll ensure accuracy in invoices, receipts, and vendor records while supporting cash flow across international markets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in accounts payable, experience with Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, and strong Excel skills. This full-time role offers night shift, onsite setup, and opportunities for growth within a global services environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Working knowledge of ERP systems including Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite and AS400
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry accuracy and precision
• Ability to manage high volume transactions and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Sort and match invoices with purchase orders and the receipts register
• Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks and reconcile payments
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments remain current
• Maintain accurate and organized vendor files
• Manage payments while considering cash-flow requirements
• Review vendor statements and resolve outstanding items
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal clients
• Initiate and verify outgoing domestic and international wire transfers
