Job summary

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and consultancy, seeks a General Accounting Analyst in Manila. The role covers treasury accounting, fixed asset management, VAT validation, month-end closing, tax reporting, and intercompany processes.

You will work in a multinational shared service environment, leveraging ERP systems and MS Office to deliver accurate financial data. The successful candidate will have a accounting degree (CPA a plus), 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy required; CPA is an advantage.
1–2 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting or audit.
Exposure to Shared service or multinational environments is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares daily bank reconciliations, weekly liquidity and cashflow reports.
Registers and maintains fixed assets, depreciation runs, disposals, and related schedules.
Performs VAT validation and reconciliation; supports monthly closing activities.
Assists in intercompany reconciliations and quarterly financial packages.
Supports audit requirements and documents processes and appendices.
