Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to support HOA finance for U.S. community and property management organizations from the Philippines. This full-time hybrid role in Baguio offers growth in a global team and exposure to cross-border accounting processes.

You’ll handle invoicing, collections, and financial reporting while enjoying a night-shift friendly schedule, weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Fresh graduates with potential are welcome; CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and record monthly dues and assessments for associations.
• Resolve balances and collect additional income streams.
• Generate invoices and statements; maintain AR files.
• Assist with monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigate ledger discrepancies and support analysis.

The Qualifications We Seek

Accounting Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting
• Open to fresh graduates with strong potential
• CPA designation, preferred but not required

Communication & Professional Skills

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures

Your Daily Tasks

Accounts Receivable & Billing

• Process and record monthly condominium dues and homeowner assessments accurately and on time
• Resolve outstanding homeowner balances and collect additional income streams
• Maintain billing systems for assigned associations
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Reconcile property owner accounts
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable files and records

Financial Reporting & Account Management

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and management reports
• Investigate and resolve account ledger discrepancies and inquiries
• Provide training support to new team members
• Support general financial management and analysis
