Qualifications

• Experience in collections, sales or customer service.
• Experience in financial services or Australian campaigns is preferred.
• Skip tracing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated accounts to meet individual and team targets with strong customer service.
• Perform skip tracing of accounts to locate customers and contact them.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors.
• Organize workflows to ensure timely payments and accurate CRM notes.
• Comply with relevant laws and campaign guidelines including Privacy Act and Australian debt collection rules.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment and support campaign goals.
