Acquire Intelligence in Manila seeks an Account Manager - Collections to oversee designated accounts, drive targets, and ensure compliant handling of employee data according to policies. You will negotiate settlements, perform skip tracing, and maintain CRM notes while collaborating with team members to deliver reliable customer service.

Formación

• Experience in industry and/or collections, sales and customer service.
• Experience in financial services or Australian campaigns.
• Skip tracing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage designated accounts to meet individual and team targets with strong service.
• Perform skip tracing to locate customers using appropriate tools and processes.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Organize workflow to ensure timely payments and accurate CRM notes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant debt collection guidelines and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Support campaign strategy and safety policies.
