GUS Education PH is seeking an Accounts Assistant (AP and AR) to join our finance team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. This role focuses on recording, validating, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, billing, and ensuring accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has a 2-3 year track record in finance, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. We offer a hybrid work setup, a night shift schedule, and comprehensive employee benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with accounting coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain accurate AP/AR transactions and billing data.
• Support Finance to keep records organized and up to date.
• Assist in data gathering for financial reporting and ad hoc tasks.
