GUS Education PH is seeking an Accounts Assistant (AP and AR) to support accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling and Excel-driven reporting.

Based in Quezon City, the position starts onsite for the first months with a transition to hybrid after the 3-month review. Night shift: 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Manila Time, Monday to Friday. A Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and 2–3 years in a finance role are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with accounting coursework.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Finance team, preferably with AP/AR exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, compiling, and validating financial data.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and transaction recording.

Mansioni

• Record and maintain accurate transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.
• Support the Finance team in keeping financial records organized and up to date.
• Compile and prepare student refund data for processing and review.
• Gather, organize, and validate information for commission calculations.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and preparing financial data for reporting.
• Coordinate with team members to address missing or inconsistent data.
