Job summary

Pet Partner Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounting/Finance professional for on-site work in Quezon City. The role covers Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end financial reporting with duties spanning invoice processing, reconciliations, and payroll-related filings.

The position requires 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a full-time on-site arrangement. You will maintain records, assist audits, and support the Finance Manager in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Review, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in billings.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via checks, bank deposit, or electronic transfers.
• Generate and issue customer invoices and statements.
• Track and record incoming customer payments and monitor overdue accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Gather and organize financial data for audits and prepare basic financial reports.
