Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support an Australian finance team in Pasig. The role focuses on timesheet monitoring, payroll cost reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable administration.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and experience in SAP; Power BI is desirable. This on-site role is based in Arcovia, Pasig, Monday to Friday, morning shift.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in timesheet, reconciliation, and invoices.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor signed timesheets and prepare weekly claim files across multiple client accounts.
• Reconcile payroll hours and costs against claim files and third-party records, investigating discrepancies.
• Create and maintain job records using SAP and internal project management systems.
• Submit completed claims, process invoices, and support increased billing at month-end.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation for the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor signed timesheets and prepare weekly claim files across multiple client accounts.

• Create and maintain job records using SAP and internal project management systems.
• Submit completed claims, process invoices, and support increased billing requirements during month-end.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation for the Finance team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in timesheet, reconciliation, and invoices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience using SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
