RALCA Dev't. Corp. in Parañaque is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and insightful management reporting.

Job Summary:
Handles the full set of accounts from day-to-day accounting operations up to management reporting. Ensures accuracy of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and provides financial insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management:
Record all financial transactions in the general ledger (GL)
Ensure accurate classification and coding of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities
Financial Statement Preparation:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards
Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounts
Perform reconciliation of BIR Form 2307 (if applicable) and match with postings
Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage timely payments to suppliers and vendors
Oversee collections and monitor outstanding receivables
Cost Control & Efficiency:
Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Management Reporting:
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Provide analysis and actionable recommendations
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the Senior Accountant on financial matters
Provide support on key tasks and ensure continuity of operations when needed
Month-End Closing:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong presentation and analytical skills
Experience in full-cycle accounting and month-end closing
