Job summary

Eighty20 Virtual inc is seeking an Accounting Virtual Assistant with QuickBooks experience to join our team in Davao City. You will support across administrative tasks and client interactions while handling bookkeeping duties and data entry.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 1–2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Google Workspace, and knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage. You must be able to work a US time zone crossover from PH time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office software.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Xero and Sage is good to have.
• Knowledge of managerial and financial accounting preferred.
• Experience in bookkeeping and/or data entry.
• Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling, and organizing files.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, patient, detail-oriented, quick learner.
• Able to work US time zone crossover with PH time, Mon–Fri.
