Job summary

INFINNUM, INC. is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

The candidate will lead budgeting, scenario analysis, and management reporting, while partnering with teams to improve financial processes and engagement profitability. Flexibility and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex financial models and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze performance, trends, variances, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
• Provide insights to support business decisions and profitability.
• Monitor profitability, costs, and financial performance against targets.
• Support resource allocation and engagement profitability analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Lead or mentor finance team members.
