Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related finance field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Experience in financial modeling, financial simulations, and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in team supervision, coaching, or client management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with SAP, Xero, NetSuite, or similar financial systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial simulation activities.
• Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve business results.
• Participate in Executive Committee and Board meetings to present financial analyses and insights.
• Collaborate with clients to address financial reporting, planning, and analysis requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting efficiency, and client experience.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Junior Consultants to strengthen technical capabilities.
