Job summary

Virgin Beach Resort Laiya is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations across real estate developments and hospitality properties. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial information and statutory reports, while providing leadership to the accounting team.

The role includes supervising accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, and coordinating with external auditors to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, tax filings, and statutory reports (BIR and related agencies).
• Ability to coordinate with external auditors and strengthen internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations across real estate and hospitality units.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow activities.
• Review accuracy and timely completion of financial records and reports.
• Monitor bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coach and develop accounting staff to improve performance and productivity.
