Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting staff including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger clerks.

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; provide documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (BIR).
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls.
