Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, audits, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within the Philippine framework.

You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, coordinate with auditors, and mentor a finance team to improve processes and reporting quality. A CPA is advantageous and a strong Excel/ERP user is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting; CPA is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong auditing, financial reporting, and accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with BIR regulations and Philippine accounting standards.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and journals.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely financial reporting.
• Perform internal audits and maintain robust internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; ensure deadlines and reporting quality.
