Job summary

JMT Modular Interior Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage vouchers, billing, and financial documentation. The role includes verifying records, filing, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of construction industry experience, strong knowledge of tax regulations, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vouchers, billings, and other financial documents.
• Check accuracy of accounting records, supporting documents, and reports.
• Maintain organized filing of financial records and tax forms.
• Process transactions, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Encode data from project sites and departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on payments, billing, and costing.
• Maintain updated records of inventories, purchases, and project expenses.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
