Precast and Construction Solutions (CELS) is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our Accounting team and oversee critical financial operations in the Philippines.

You will review accounts, manage AR/AP and cash, prepare financial statements, supervise GL activities, validate invoices, and coordinate audits. This role requires CPA or equivalent certification and strong SAP/MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of AR/AP and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

Precast and Construction Solutions (CELS) is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our Accounting team and oversee critical financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

Accounts review: Oversee AR, AP, and cash management transactions.

Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze statements such as AR Aging, P&L, Cash Flow, Inventory, Balance Sheet, Lapsing Schedule, and Cash Position Reports.

Team supervision: Guide and review the work of accounting staff, ensuring accuracy in general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Billing checks: Validate invoices and Statements of Accounts before submission; ensure timely SAP postings.

Closing processes: Manage month-end and year-end closing with precision.

Budgeting & forecasting: Assist in financial planning and projections.

Inventory & asset audits: Conduct monthly counts and quarterly/yearly fixed asset audits.

Audit coordination: Work closely with auditors for smooth internal/external audit activities.

Documentation & controls: Maintain proper records and implement internal controls.

Process improvements: Identify efficiency opportunities and support finance projects.

Tax compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

CPA or equivalent certification

3-5 years of experience in AR/AP and supervisory roles

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
