Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, AP, and cash management transactions; review accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash position reports.
• Supervise accounting staff; review general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Validate invoices and postings; ensure timely SAP entries.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and asset audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
• Maintain documentation and internal controls for accounting records.
• Identify process improvements and support cross-functional finance projects.
• Ensure tax compliance and reporting requirements.

Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our Accounting team and oversee critical financial operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills, a solid accounting background, and expertise in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts review: Oversee AR, AP, and cash management transactions.

• Financial statement preparation: Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR Aging, Inventory, lapsing schedules, and cash position reports.

• Staff supervision: Supervise accounting staff, review general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Billing checks: Validate invoices and Statements of Accounts before submission; ensure timely SAP postings.

• Closing processes: Manage accurate month-end and year-end closing.

• Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budget preparation, and forecasting.

• Inventory and asset audits: Conduct monthly inventory counts and quarterly/yearly fixed asset audits.

• Audit coordination: Liaise with auditors and support internal/external audit activities.

• Documentation and control: Ensure proper documentation, implement internal controls, and maintain accounting records.

• Process improvements: Identify efficiency opportunities and support cross-functional finance projects.

• Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
