Ideaship Philippines Holdings Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to own the accounting function in a café/restaurant setting, lead the accounting team, and work with minimal supervision.

Lead and supervise the Accounting Team and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and complete financial records.
Prepare and review Financial Statements, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other management reports.
Monitor and review daily sales, cash collections, and branch reconciliations.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and account reconciliations.
Monitor inventory, food costs, purchases, expenses, and commissary-related transactions.
Review financial variances and discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Assist Management in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and business planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax requirements, and applicable government regulations.
Maintain effective internal controls to minimize errors, discrepancies, and financial risks.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
Preferably with experience in café, restaurant, food service, retail, or commissary operations.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting processes and procedures.
Experienced in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
