Job summary

Qualifications

• Monitor and review daily sales, cash collections, and branch reconciliations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, purchases, expenses, and commissary-related transactions.
• Review financial variances and discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist Management in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax requirements, and applicable government regulations.

We are looking for a competent, self-sufficient, and strong-willed Accounting Supervisor who can take ownership of the accounting function, lead and supervise the accounting team in a café and restaurant environment, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting processes and procedures.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
