Networld Hotel Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting team across the group.
The role focuses on AR and AP, with involvement in general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, have 3+ years of accounting experience, and demonstrate strong Excel and ERP skills.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting team across our Group of Companies. The Accounting Supervisor will primarily oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) while also handling general accounting activities, account reconciliations, financial schedules, and month-end closing. The role requires a strong accounting professional who can supervise the team, review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance and Accounting team.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including billing, collections monitoring, posting, and customer account reconciliation.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, posting, and vendor account reconciliation.
Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Perform and review bank reconciliations, customer reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and other balance sheet account reconciliations.
Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across the Group of Companies.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounting records, subsidiary ledgers, and supporting documents.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and supporting documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Good working knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in account reconciliation, general ledger, and month-end closing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work hands-on with the accounting team.
