• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• 3–5 years in General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing, account reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise an accounting team while ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
