Job summary

Twin Star Pacific Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to maintain inventory accounts and perform audits across cold storage facilities in Metro Manila. The role ensures timely invoicing, supervises staff, and supports the Accounting Manager with accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should have a BS Accountancy with 1–2 years in internal audit and supervisory experience, plus attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Rotational shifts are required.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy is required.
• 1–2 years of Internal Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inventory accounts and perform physical audits in various cold storages of the company.
• Ensure that Sales Invoices are timely disseminated to concerned clients.
• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager in terms of review of accounting records, transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Suggests process improvements by applying related accounting policies.
• Monitor the timely completion and accuracy of financial and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting, audit, and internal control concerns.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring to accounting staff.
• Perform other accounting and audit-related duties as may be assigned.
