A leading food manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Quezon City. This role includes managing sales reports, supervising accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory work experience in FMCG or retail.
• Knowledge of BIR requirements.
• CPA license holder is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Records daily Sales Reports.
• Post data to Sales journals.
• Key-in daily sales worksheets to general ledger system.
• Checks monthly sales report and related schedules.
• Assists accounting personnels as needed.
• Handles customer and employee’s accounts.
• Performs and maintain audit inventory.
• Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Participate in regular tax audits, provides statement and information for the annual audit.
• Discuss results with Superior.
• Maintains related files.
• Performs other tasks as necessary and may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Has good moral character
• At least 2 years of Supervisory work experience earned from FMCG manufacturing or retail company.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in computerized Accounting systems
• Must be knowledgeable in BIR requirements
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• CPA license holder is an advantage but not required
• Highly analytical, organized, details and report oriented. Good team player and team leader
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Applicant must be willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City
