Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records (GL, AP, AR).
• Conduct reconciliations and audits for data integrity.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and policies.
• Prepare government compliance submissions (BIR, BOC, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.).
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and controls.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to ensure the integrity of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyse financial performance and provide insightful recommendations
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Preparation and submissions of Governmental Compliance such as BIR, BOC, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and other government agency's requirements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, a 1 year of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
