Mgiclub Ph Corp is seeking an Accounting Staff to support the finance team with daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all postings. Strong English communication is preferred for internal and external coordination.

The role covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement support. It requires meticulous record-keeping and adherence to compliance standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing AP/AR processes and vendor invoicing.
• Hands-on with bank reconciliations and GL postings.
• Experience preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Familiarity with tax filings and audits.
• Strong record-keeping and document management.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices; manage payment batches.
• Issue customer invoices and track balances; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements, GL accounts, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and post routine journal entries; assist with month-end accruals.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support data for tax filings and annual audits.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents and audit trails.

An Accounting Staff member supports the finance and accounting team by managing day-to-day financial operations. Good command on English language, both written and oral communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Review, code, and process vendor invoices, verify approval workflows, and prepare payment batches (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices, track outstanding balances, process incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Bank & Account Reconciliation: Reconcile daily or monthly bank statements, general ledger accounts, and credit card transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• General Ledger & Journal Entries: Prepare and post routine journal entries, assist with end-of-month accruals, and maintain accurate ledger records.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist senior accountants and finance managers in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements or management reports.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist in compiling data and supporting schedules for tax filings (e.g., sales tax, VAT, payroll taxes) and annual audits.
• Document & Record Management: Maintain organized physical and digital records of financial documents, invoices, receipts, and audit trails.
