Job summary

Neon Nights Corp. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking, and to prepare financial reports and reconciliations.

You will assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payments, monitor costs, help with month-end close, maintain records, coordinate with finance/HR/ops to improve processes, and support audits and internal controls."

• Support day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
• Monitor operational costs and help identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, HR, operations) to improve process efficiency
• Assist with vendor management, contracts, and procurement tracking
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Help develop and improve internal controls and workflows
