Job summary

FUJI-HAYA ELECTRIC CORP. PHILS is seeking a BS Accountancy graduate for an accounting role in Calamba, Laguna. The successful candidate will handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing; post to the general ledger and reconcile accounts.

The role also involves generating financial reports and supporting the supervisor with additional tasks as needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and relocate as required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate, prepare and verify invoices.
• Post customer payments to the General Ledger.
• Review AR ledger to ensure payments are properly applied.
• Generate reports from the system.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Invoicing & Billing – Generating, preparing and checking of invoices
• Payment Processing – Posting customer payments to General ledger
• Account Reconciliation – Reviewing the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly applied.
• Report Generation – Extract various report in the system
• Other task that may be given by her Supervisor

Job Qualifications

• Candidates must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• OPEN for fresh graduates
• Residing near Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
• Knowledgeable in using MS Excel or Google spreadsheet
• Has strong verbal and written communication
• Has impressive critical thinking skills
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting, account reconciliation, account monitoring and, account data validation
