Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to manage general accounting, month-end close, and BIR compliance, ensuring accurate financial records.
You will coordinate with internal teams, validate expense reports and cash liquidations, and support process improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy (CPA is an advantage), with 3 years in general accounting, 1 year supervisory, and NGO/government compliance experience.
General Accounting & Financial Management - Manages journal entries, liquidations, and month-end closing, ensuring BIR compliance and accurate financial records. Reviews expense validity, oversees cash advance liquidations, and recommends process improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaises with internal departments to secure necessary documentation and clarify financial transactions. Ensures the timely and accurate processing of expense reports, fund requests, and related accounting activities.
Reporting & Administration - Prepares statutory and internal financial reports, ensuring full compliance with BIR regulations and generally accepted accounting principles. Supports administrative functions including new employee orientations, coaching, and special assignments from management.
Employee Support & Customer Service - Upholds organizational values and compliance standards while addressing employee inquiries related to liquidations and expenses. Actively contributes to performance management processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
CPA License is an Advantage
At least 3 years of relevant experience General Accounting and 1 year of Supervisory Experience
1-4 years of exprience in NGO Accounting and government compliance monitoring.
