1.Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable
2. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
3. Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both physical and electronic, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
5. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
8. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and recommending adjustments as needed.
9. Support the finance team in special projects, process improvements, and system implementations as required.
10. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
11. Ensure compliance with BIR payroll tax regulations, including timely submission of payroll taxes and required reports.
12. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, tax rates, and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
13. Reconcile payroll data to general ledger accounts, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.
