Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City invites an Accounting Specialist to join our onsite day shift team. You will handle bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, credit card transactions, GL and fixed asset maintenance, and month-end close activities to support accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile and account for company credit card and FlexiPurchase transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Process month-end accruals and journal entries.
• Manage intercompany rebills and recharges.
• Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) surveys.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to finance processes and procedures.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required.
