Qualifications

• Experience performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to maintain and reconcile general ledger and fixed asset register.
• Experience with month-end closing activities and P&L reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile and account for company credit card and FlexiPurchase transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Process month-end accruals and journal entries.
• Manage intercompany rebills and recharges.
• Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) surveys.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and P&L reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to finance processes and procedures.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required.

Position Overview
