MicroSourcing is hiring an Accountant for an onsite day shift in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will handle record-keeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, experience in accounting/bookkeeping, and proficiency with Excel and ERP tools. CPA candidate status is a plus, with competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPA or pursuing certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and maintain accurate financial transactions and records.
