Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Accounting Specialist to manage monthly P&L and balance sheets, and support group financial processes in a hybrid, day-shift role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

You will prepare financial statements, assist audits, and drive process improvements within the finance team, collaborating with leadership and the Group Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month end timetable
• Assist with preparing Financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by external auditors
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required)
• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant

Your Role
